The club, organization or activity sponsor will designate a club officer (team member, etc.) to be responsible for providing documentation of the project and a list of students involved in the project. The club/organization historian or secretary will also arrange for video or digital photos to be taken during the event for a digital report to be showcased at Open House each spring.

Students who are not involved in school clubs or activities may choose to participate in individual community service projects. Individual project hours will be logged in the Career Center on a Community Service contract. Students will complete the Community Service contract and may present a digital or paper report to be showcased at Open House each spring. Individual projects must be pre-approved by the Career Center staff.
